While shopping online on eBay I encountered error 70205, when I was trying to pay for item I recently won.
I found out in my case it was related to the link between eBay and Paypal accounts, so I un-linked the paypal account on ebay and then tried to pay for them item through Paypal and it worked.
It can be due to password change I did on Paypal, but I am not 100% sure if that has caused this issue.
